In order to empower our customers sustainably and accelerate the rollout of our solution, we are building an innovative e-learning platform - with a focus on microlearning, certifications and user-centricity. For the conception, implementation and continuous further development, we are looking for an E-Learning Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about translating didactic concepts into scalable, digital learning experiences.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the development and launch of our new e-learning platform (Absorb LMS)
- Development of target group-specific learning paths (business and technical users), based on microlearning, interactive elements and best practices in software onboarding
- Creation and maintenance of storyboards, learning modules, quiz formats and certification content
- Managing internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external service providers (e.g. for video or content production) where necessary
- Conception and development of role-specific certifications
- Management and continuous optimization of content in the Absorb LMS (user journeys, reports, gamification)
- Monitoring learning behavior and learning paths using LMS data and deriving concrete improvements
- Participation in the development of learning marketing campaigns for user activation
What you bring
- Degree in education, instructional design, communication sciences, business informatics (or comparable)
- At least 2 years of experience in digital learning / e-learning / learning experience design - ideally in a SaaS, tech or B2B environment
- Experience in creating interactive learning content, e.g. with Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, or directly in the LMS (ideally Absorb LMS)
- Sound knowledge of didactics, learning psychology and microlearning concepts
- Basic technical understanding of data models, BI/analytics or process analysis (no development required - but conceptual understanding is important)
- Ability to structure complex content in a target group-oriented, visually appealing and efficient way
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
