Your Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition

  • Generating new business with mid-market and enterprise customers in the DACH region
  • Building and managing your own pipeline through targeted outbound activities (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
  • Focus on high-value opportunities in verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, and BFSI

2. Full-Cycle Deal Ownership

  • Owning the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, demo, proposal, and close
  • Running structured sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Closing deals typically within a 6-month sales cycle
  • Taking full ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and close

3. Consultative Enterprise Sales

  • Engaging C-level stakeholders across the organization with a business value-oriented approach
  • Identifying business-critical challenges and positioning mpmX as a solution with measurable impact
  • Creating demand and shaping buying processes rather than reacting to inbound requests or RFPs

4. Pipeline & Performance

  • Building a predictable, high-quality pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets
  • Closing deals with an ACV of ~€50K in the mid-market as well as the ability to close enterprise deals with an ARR of over ~€100K
  • Ensuring clear visibility on pipeline, forecasts, and deal progress

5. Contributing to Scale

  • Working closely with leadership to strengthen go-to-market execution
  • Sharing market insights to evolve positioning and messaging
  • Contributing to building a scalable, high-performing sales organization

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals in the mid-market and enterprise segment
  • Strong outbound / hunting mindset with the ability to independently generate opportunities
  • Experience managing full-cycle enterprise sales processes
  • Ability to engage and convince C-level stakeholders and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience managing full sales cycle processes with ~6-month deal cycles
  • Consultative, value-based sales approach
  • High level of ownership, drive, and accountability for results
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy environment with clear expectations
  • Native-level German and fluent English
