Hello there and welcome!

This is the final test to gain official mpmX Business Analyst Certification. The questions are based on the video material in the eLearning Business Analyst course which were all based on the March 2022 release.

When you pass this certification an official certificate will be available here on this main page for download.

You will have 1.5 hours to complete the certification test, starting when you click on the button “Start Quiz“.

There are two distinct sections to this certification:

  1. Create an app using the MPM Import Wizard and the MPM Template app
  2. Open an already prepared app and create a new dashboard and configure KPIs

Instructions

You need to follow the steps in this order:

  1. Go to the Lesson “Exercises to Complete” and follow the instructions (the timer starts in this Lesson)
    • Go to the Topic “Exercises to Complete – Import Wizard and Template app” and follow the instructions
    • Go to the Topic “Exercises to Complete – Dashboarding and KPIs” and follow the instructions
  2. Start the quiz. The quiz has three sections covering (29 questions)
    1. MPM Import Wizard & Template app
    2. BPMN, the Data Model, and Case vs Event Information (theory only, no app)
    3. Dashboarding & KPIs (using your app), and Solving Common Errors (theory only, no app)

Important Information:

You need active access to eLearning and the Hub. Do not start your certification until you have access to the eLearning Hub.

  • The passing grade is 80%.
  • You can only take the certification once per purchase.
  • Recommended Learning: While not required, it is recommended that before taking this certification you complete the mpmX Business Analyst course. You should also take some time to practice and hone your skills before taking the certification to give you the best chances of success.
