Master’s Thesis (m/f/d) in “AI & Process Intelligence / Process Mining”

Your Role
- You will write your master’s thesis in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Process Intelligence.
- We offer a structured pool of thesis topics (e.g., Machine Learning, Predictive Process Analytics, Anomaly Detection, GenAI support for process analysis, Explainable AI, Data Preparation & Pipelines).
- During the interview, we will jointly select a topic that best matches your interests, skills, and our current research focus areas.
- You will work closely with our Data and Product teams and gain insights into real-world use cases and state-of-the-art AI technologies.
Your Profile
- Enrolled master’s student (m/f/d) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Programming skills and initial experience in data analytics.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence is essential.
- Knowledge of Process Mining is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent academic track record (GPA equivalent to 3.7 or higher).
- Analytical mindset, self-driven work style, and passion for data-driven innovation.
Location & Working Style
- Work from one of our offices: Karlsruhe or Berlin.
- Partial on-site presence is desired to ensure close collaboration.
- Hybrid work is possible.
