mpmX develops cutting-edge solutions for Process Mining and Process Intelligence. Our platform combines Business Intelligence, AI-driven analytics, and modern automation to empower organizations to make data-driven process decisions.

Your Role

You will support our team in Karlsruhe in the design, development, and creation of online training courses and online help content for our innovative process mining technology. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams and stay up to date with the latest product developments and branding. Through our learning offerings, we enable our customers to use our software effectively. By leveraging modern learning technologies, we create engaging and interactive learning experiences. You will receive direct user feedback through our feedback channels and see the impact of your work firsthand. Most of our content is created in English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the design, creation, and continuous improvement of online training and help content for different target audiences
  • Contribute to storyboards, scripts, and video production
  • Assist in developing and maintaining hands-on exercises as well as product- and role-based certification programs
  • Help optimize our e-learning and online help environment
  • Analyze and continuously improve the user experience (UX) of our learning offerings

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in technical communication, communication design, business, education, or a related field - ideally with a focus on e-learning or knowledge transfer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (our content is in English; everyday office communication is mostly in German)
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear, user-friendly learning content
  • Interest in digital learning formats and new technologies
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and take on new challenges
